Spring Chicago Concert Preview: 10 Shows Worth Putting On Your Calendar (VIDEOS)

WATCH: 10 Spring Concerts Worth Checking Out

With temperatures already approaching summer-like, record-breaking highs, it would be difficult to blame Chicagoans for getting a bit antsy for the plethora of outdoor music festivals, after shows and "secret" shows that make the city a great place for music lovers to call home.

As Lollapalooza's rumored offerings were outed as a hoax, Pitchfork Music Festival's lineup remains less than one-third complete and the recently announced Occupy Festival's lineup is as-yet-nonexistent, HuffPost Chicago has compiled a guide to 10 must-see spring concerts.

Pulling from an array of genres and artists that vary from seasoned performers to buzzworthy newcomers, the featured shows all, as of Sunday, still have available tickets. And, as most of the shows are priced below $15, these picks are light on the pocketbook as well.

Let us know about any concerts you feel we overlooked in the comments -- otherwise, happy listening.
