Cooper confronts Tang on the "Southland" Season 4 Finale

So, was "Southland" (Tues., 10 p.m. ET on TNT) star Michael Cudlitz right when he told HuffPost TV that the Season 4 Finale would break viewers hearts?

While the finale did tie up some storylines, it also raised a few questions.
