From glitter-bombing to celebrities coming out of the closet, every Friday we invite you to weigh in on a hot topic involving the LGBT community.

Today we're asking your opinion about the verdict in the webcam spying trial regarding the suicide of Rutgers University student Tyler Clementi.

A week ago, a New Jersey jury convicted Dharun Ravi, Clementi's roommate at the school, on 15 charges including bias intimidation, invasion of privacy and evidence tampering.

Ravi will be sentenced May 21 and faces 10 years in prison and possible deportation to India, where he was born.

The verdict has resulted in incredibly emotional and diverse responses: Some believe that justice was served. Others feel the verdict is unfair.

So, for this week's Poll Position question we're wondering where you stand:

Now that you've voted, leave a comment below and tell us what you think Ravi's sentence should be (if anything at all).
