'Chris Matthews Show' Airs 'Mad Men' Obama Parody (VIDEO)

WATCH: Obama Meets 'Mad Men'

Count Chris Matthews among one of the many people talking about the return of "Mad Men." His show featured a parody of the drama's iconic opening sequence, starring President Obama, on Sunday.

Speaking to his roundtable, Matthews wanted to know what people find seductive about the "Mad Men" era. Then, he presented a version of the show's opening re-tooled for the 2012 election. The spoof features Obama cascading past his images of Mitt Romney, Newt Gingrich and Rick Santorum, and some of the big issues facing the candidates.

Producer Will Rabbe, who was also behind the show's bit on Mitt Romney as "The Artist," described: "The silhouette was recreated to match President Obama's profile (emphasis on his ears, and the fact that Obama is seemingly slimmer than the Draper outline we're used to) and then, to boot, Obama was animated to make him look more lifelike as he descends."

This isn't the first time someone has spoofed the "Mad Men" opening. "The Simpsons" has its own take on it, too.
