La La gets emotional at Kelly Rowland's birthday dinner on "La La's Full Court Life"

La La Vasquez got all teary and emotional during her best friend Kelly Rowland's birthday dinner on "La La's Full Court Life" (Mon., 9 p.m. ET on VH1).

La La and Kelly always spend their birthdays together, but this one was special as it was in the same week that Kelly was honored at Essence's third annual "Black Women in Music" event.

"To see you here now," La La began tearfully, "just means the world to me."

Kelly tried to lighten the mood by joking, "Is this a proposal?" As the other friends started to heckle, and Kelly looked slightly awkward, La La joked, "I'm having a moment!"

Eventually, La La managed to get it together enough to tell Kelly that she'd always be there for her. To which Kelly replied, "I love you!"
