Tony Robbins, author, entrepreneur and star of the television program "Breakthrough," sat down with Marlo Thomas to discuss reinvention. Huff/Post50 asked Robbins the following question:
A lot of people hit their 50s and 60s and hit a wall: They get laid off, or have been doing the same thing for 30 years and are burned out, or they retire and find they're bored to death. And yet with the longevity revolution, people could have another 25 or 30 years to go. What are the three steps people should take to begin the reinvention process? What should they think about when they're considering a second act?
