Lollapalooza 2012 Lineup: CTA, Online Ads Tease Headliners (PHOTOS)

WATCH: Lollapalooza Slowly Revealing 2012 Lineup

Though they have already sold more than a thousand tickets, Lollapalooza organizers have yet to reveal the full lineup for the massive summer music festival.

This week, however, clues have been popping up on CTA and online ads. According to Wine & Pop, M83 has been confirmed and Jack White, Bloc Party, The Weeknd, Die Antwoord, Justice and The Big Pink have been promoted in ads.

The ads feature song lyrics from each of the bands, with "#lolla" in the corner. Chicago's Do312 is expected to make another "big announcement" about the festival Friday:

On Tuesday, early bird passes -- which come with a $200 price tag -- sold out in a matter of minutes when ticket sales went live. Full-price tickets to the 3-day festival are still available for $230.

Lollapalooza takes place Aug. 3-5 in Chicago's Grant Park. While festival organizers still have many more bands to announce, those who saw Metallica, Beyonce and Sonic Youth listed as possible headliners should not get their hopes up: the author of the @lollaleaks Twitter account which revealed those artists was making the whole thing up.
