In the season 3 premiere of VICE's "Munchies" series, Dale Talde, of "Top Chef" fame and chef of white hot Brooklyn restaurant Talde, goes around on a late night eating and drinking tour of Brooklyn. In the clip below, Talde chows down at Franny's and then goes to Pearl's Social & Billy Club for some drinks. He admits to having pretty serious "fat kid" behavior, especially when it comes to mac 'n cheese.
Things we learned from his night on the town: he loves pad Thai, his first restaurant job was at Outback Steakhouse and he would much rather have "punch in your face flavor" than a good-looking dish.
