Tracy Morgan Open Car Door Into Cyclist

Tracy Morgan may be a New Yorker through and through, but he certainly has a thing or two to learn about street parking etiquette.

According to the New York Post, while parked in his Jaguar on Manhattan's Upper East Side Monday night, the "30 Rock" actor opened his door into a cyclist, biking along the row of parked vehicles. Although the rider, a food deliveryman, was not seriously injured, he was taken to the hospital for X-rays, the Post reports.

But Morgan is playing no part in the blame game.

“I mean this guy was wearing all black,” Morgan told the Post. “If you want to write a story about something, write a story about how these guys should wear lights or reflectors or something ... This kind of stuff happens all the time in the city. I grew up in the city. I’ve been dealing with this stuff for years. Brooklyn-born and raised, Bed-Stuy do or die."

This isn't the first time that Morgan has found his name in headlines that seem more fitting of his off-the-wall "30 Rock" character, Tracy Jordan. Just last week Morgan told David Letterman that Rihanna was a member of his harem. If only Morgan could blame his recent mental lapses on the altitude.
