An investigation is being conducted regarding an accident involving Grayslake Police Chief Matt McCutcheon in Kenosha County were he was reportedly charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and being armed while intoxicated, according to several media sources.
McCutcheon was off-duty at the time of the incident.
