I've just uploaded my review check it out to see what all the hype is about. I was only semi impressed, time will tell if the social side of it will take off with Android users. Personally I'd prefer to use Eye'em. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R_1H-TjI50E

This is often why I hate other iPhone owners, or should I call them Sneetches with stars upon thars, because they are contemptuous narcissists. It is a damn telephone people!? Who cares!

i usually defend Huffpo for its off-topic articles, but this one is just plain stupid. to even link this article to its website shows a huge lack of journalistic integrity.

There aren't REALLY that many social networking sites, yet still I think we have reached a glut of them. This is a really nice networking site based mostly on photography, so I am naturally inclined to liking it. However, I will probably only use it in conjunction with my Facebook account. Facebook really stinks when it comes to photo presentation and I'm still not sure it will make a hash of my Instgram uploads. I think the camera is low on features but it was also just introduced to Android so more updates will only make it better. If someone wants a really flexible app for their Android phone, the Camera360 is the way to go. The good thing is that the Camera360 app can share with Instagram. The interconnectivity of sharing is the only way to go.

I doubt I'll use instagram. The posts are annoying from iPhone users, now my social media feeds will be flooded. What ticks me off is this site never has anything positive to say about android phones... or users. I don't care for iPhone. I like that I have dozens of options. The only thing that distinguishes iphone users are the cases and the apps.

I just switched from Android to iPhone. Maybe I had a crappy droid, but the only thing it did better than iPhone is the voice navigation, which a rarely used. I didn't WANT to like the iPhone, I resent the whole MAC mentality. But from what I've experienced in the las month, I will be unlikely to ever go back to Droid.

I'd like to believe that the article was written tongue-in-cheek, but am sadly aware that the sentiment expressed is a real one in many circles.
To that end, I'll simply say that if being "interesting" means being exactly like everyone else, using the exact same device, thinking the exact same way, being completely uniform in mind and action, then Android users are content to be excluded from that perceived club. Android users find the challenge of diversity interesting. Uniformity is too easy, and boring.

There's probably a heuristic they could come up with to help keep the cool Apple people separate, even assuming they didn't watermark the picture.
If the picture's got a banjo, a fancy faux high-end meal picture, or a an overabundance of people with oversized glasses then it can go in the Apple grouping. And I think it goes without saying that skinny jeans, ironic hats, and cool New York tableaus go in that pile as well.
The dreck with day to day pictues of people's lives or authentic shots of family members and friends can go in the loser Android pile, who wants that noise?
