'Dog The Bounty Hunter': Surrounded By An Angry Mob

Taking down fugitives from the law is dangerous enough when it's just the fugitive and the bounty hunter. Add in an mob of angry people, as seen on "Dog the Bounty Hunter" (Wed., 9 p.m. ET on A&E) this week, and it can get pretty scary. But that's the situation Dog and his family found themselves in when trying to bring in one woman.

Her mother coordinated with the team to bring her to justice, but there were plenty of other people around who didn't want to see her get taken in easily. Of course, Dog and his team got their man -- or woman in this case. But the situation got so tense, they needed to take a moment to recover from their own emotions. Beth Chapman, in particular, was reminded in the situation of the rifts within her own family.

Leland Chapman has now left the show, behind Duane Lee. Many fans are saying the show should end after this season, and maybe start up a spin-off featuring the Chapman brothers, according to LALate. Or maybe they could go "Senior vs. Junior" the way "American Chopper" did.

"Dog the Bounty Hunter" airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET on A&E.
