Eva Longoria Divorce: Star Says Split From Tony Parker Was 'Painful, But Life Goes On'

Eva Longoria opened up about her divorce from Tony Parker and whether or not she'll marry again on "Good Morning America" Thursday.

The "Desperate Housewives" star recounted her November 2010 split from Parker, which came after three years of marriage and reports that the NBA star had been caught “sexting” with a former teammate’s wife.

"It was painful, but life goes on," she said. "I always said I hold onto the love and not the loss. I think the press also wanted me to hate him and villainize him. And I don't. And I didn't."

And though Longoria said she still believes in love and wants children, she's wary of giving marriage another shot.

"I don't know about the marriage thing. We'll see if there's somebody there. I'm not in a rush," she said. "I take, and I took, marriage very seriously. I am Catholic and got married in the church, and so it's a pretty sacred sacrament, and so I wouldn't take it lightly. So to go, 'Yeah, I'll get married again.' … I can't say that."

Following Longoria's divorce from Parker, which was finalized in January 2011, she dated Eduardo Cruz, Penelope Cruz's 26-year-old brother. The pair reportedly broke up in March, though they've been spotted together recently.
