A judge has denied a request to halt or postpone a military separation hearings for Sgt. Gary Stein - a Temecula Marine who maintains a Facebook page critical of President Obama, San Diego News 10 reports.
Sgt. Gary Stein faces a separation board Thursday, which will decide if he should be discharged for actions that include stating on Facebook that he would not follow orders from the president.
"After 4 hours of court it comes out a draw... discouraged but not beat," said a message from him on the "Armed Forces Tea Party" Facebook page.
