Timothy Moll, Former Pennsylvania Teacher, Accused Of Exchanging Good Grades For Student's Nude Photos (VIDEO)

Nude Photos Good Grades

Timothy Moll, a 25-year-old teacher at Dieruff High School in Allentown, Pennsylvania, is accused of offering good grades in exchange for a student's nude photos, WFMZ-TV reports.

Authorities told the station that Moll sent text messages to the 16-year-old student, asking for naked photos, promising extra points to her class grade if she complied.

Court documents obtained by the Express-Times reveal he also asked the student to text him about sex and sexual postions, allotting extra grade points if he was "turned on."

An investigation began in January after the unnamed student was punished for using a cell phone in class. The paper reports that school officials were then alerted to the possibly sexual messages between the student and teacher, leading authorities to track down both of their numbers.

NBC Philadelphia reports that Moll has been put on administrative leave after being charged Wednesday with corruption of a minor and unlawful contact with a minor. He has since been released on $20,000 bond and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on April 13.

CORRECTION: An earlier version of this article incorrectly stated that Moll taught in Colorado.

Geeze, twenty-five years old, and he instantly decimated his own teaching certificate.

Maybe he can teach in a prison but he ruined his public school credentials.

Yes, he was an idiot. Just think - if he had chosen instead a young, pretty, female teacher, instead of a student, he would have gotten what he wanted without having to offer anything in return.

Technology just seems to be exposing more idiots. Luckily, this one was caught

These assaults upon our school children - across this nation - is cause to close down the US Department of Education.

Placing education back in the hands of the States - would get PRISON time for "teachers" sexually assaulting their students.

so far, with everything else coming out - about teachers and their perversions - using their "students" as sexual pawns -
the worst case is the "teacher" in California - who blindfolded his "students" for a taste test - spoon-fed them his own semen, and made semen-laced cookies for them.

There is NO WAY other teachers were not aware of what this nutball slime was doing.

He was so comfortable in what he was doing, the investigators found a spoon w his semen on it in the garbage can next to his desk.

wow - quite a bit on "teachers" being inappropriate with their students...

I blame this on the Teachers Unions - protecting fperverts - to the point they cannot be fired -
which could be the reason perverts become "teachers".

You're wrong, the union won't protect him because he has clearly broken the law. He's got to worry about the judge, not the union.

He will be fired if he hasn't been already.

His sentence:

Six to twenty-three months in county prison, other possible restrictions pending and loss of his teaching certificate.

The judge is going to let him stew in jail for a while before she allows him to go on work release; plus, two years probation and no unsupervised contact with minors.

He's now exeriencing a self-induced, extreme career change.

Why is the teaching profession unable to attract high quality applicants.

Oh, ADVERSE SELECTION.

Can we fire our way to the top?

Not if we wish to keep the average and above average teachers.

They have TOO MUCH to lose.

We will, however, keep the worse. They have NOTHING TO LOSE.

Because future teachers who were raised with little-to-no moral guidance or boundaries and are completely devoid of common sense, but whose egos are the healthiest part of them, are being instructed by burned-out, brain-dead liberal, leftist college professors. The last generation, for the most part, is a lost cause as is the next because of them.

Do away with AFFIRMATIVE ACTION.

It has clearly affected our US education system.

Administrative leave? why not fired? probably because of a teacher's union. Unions are destroying the country!
12:38 PM on 04/07/2012
More likely because he's not found guilty yet. He's just accused.

Want to complain about someone there, complain about lawyers. If he's fired and then exonerated, he's got a huge settlement coming. As for unions, they're generally a positive force, and a big part of what's destroying our country is the decline of unions.
03:02 PM on 04/07/2012
Being in the union doesn't mean he can't be fired. It simply means he has the right to due process. He is most likely on administrative leave while they investigate. If the accusations are true, he should be fired, and possibly charged with a criminal offense.

I'm glad you can add an intelligent response to this nonsense. You are correct. I would love to see some of these people go through the rigors required to be a certified teacher, be jerked around by the idiotic antics of politicians, or even make it through ONE day of being a high school teacher in country.

I like it when they do stupid things like that with plenty of evidence makes it cheaper on the tax payers when they get prosecuted and he just threw away his college education and will be listed as a sex offender. that girl should feel honored that he thought enough of her to send plenty of evidence so her parents can prosecute him makes it so much easier

Not a fair deal. Teacher got short end of stick, so to speak.

I just had a thought that made my hair stand up. We keep hearing about teachers, coaches, policemen, priests, family members, etc. molesting or abusing children or engaging in illegal activities. I wonder how many never get caught? This is, more than likely, only the tip of the iceberg. I just read another story about a policeman getting caught in a sting operation. This is just terrifiying. Maybe we should let our children near ANYONE. Don't send them to school, don't send them to religious services, don't let them near groups of any kind. Wait a minute...what about the family members? Maybe we should just not have children anymore and let the human race die out. How on earth do we keep them safe?

Sadly only 20% at the very most are even reported. The way to go is to keep your children close and educate them over the internet.

When will these ignorant people wake up??? KIDS ARE GONNA TELL ON YA ,THATS WHAT KIDS DO!!!!! From the one-story-after-another last year of the female teachers having relations with students to this creep...you will get busted every time and as well you should. They must be mentally ill to not be able to think and behave like a responsible adult with common sense and self restraint. Teacher's College may want to consider a class on this.

Just don't do these things, won't have to worry about being told on. Keep it in your pants man!
