'Two And A Half Men': Is Walden Going To Finally Kick Alan Out Of The House? (VIDEO)

'Two And A Half Men': Walden Kicking Alan Out?

Could "Two and a Half Men" (Mon., 9 p.m. ET on CBS) be evolving even further? The relationship between Walden and Zoey has been developing naturally, and throughout it all she's never seemed to really understand why Alan continues to be around. So when Walden proposed that she move in, Zoey's first notion was to imply that this would mean Alan should probably move out.

Alan, psychically, felt a chill, but the issue wasn't really addressed quite yet in this episode. Alan spent most of the episode with his new sort-of-sister Lyndsey, now that their mothers have sparked up a relationship of their own. But the key to all of this was that despite all of the craziness -- and for no real known reason other than her own issues -- Lyndsey is still with Alan.

So at the end of the episode, when Walden laid the groundwork for discussing Alan moving out, mentioning that Lyndsey does have her own place, it all made a perfect sort of sense. That said, could the show really change that much? Is it even possible to imagine Alan not sponging off of whoever is living in that house? Plus, if he left and took all of his craziness with him, what would there possibly be to keep him and Walden still in touch? Their friendship seems more akin to friendly college roommates than soul brothers.

More than likely, Alan will find some way to continue living in the house. Still, it's an interesting notion. Now, if this turns out to be the final season, it would be the perfect time for Alan to finally start moving on with the rest of his own life, while Walden does the same.
