Tom Watson Injury: Golfer Drops Out Of Encompass Insurance Pro-Am

LUTZ, Fla. -- Tom Watson has dropped out of a Champions Tour event because of an injured right arm.

Watson shot a 6-over 77 in Friday's first round at the Encompass Insurance Pro-Am. He didn't take part in Saturday's second round.

Watson has had an issue with his right arm recently, which he said earlier in the week has translated into a weak hand.

Also, Andy Bean has left the tournament after playing one round because of a bad back.
