Media bigwigs including Anderson Cooper and Chris Matthews are slated to participate in "Jeopardy's" Power Players week.
The special week, which has been a tradition for the hit game show for the past three years, will tape in Washington D.C. and air during the week of May 14-18.
The participants list is quite impressive, with Fox News' Chris Wallace and Dana Perino as well as BBC's Katty Kay joining in on the fun. From NBC News, Chris Matthews will be joined by "Daily Rundown" host Chuck Todd and correspondent Kelly O’Donnell.
Other notable players include NBA legend Kareem Abdul-Jabar, talkshow host Dr. Oz, the New York Times' Thomas Friedman, and former White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs.
Cooper tweeted that he had signed on to participate in the "Jeopardy!" week on Tuesday morning. "I've agreed to go on @Jeopardy again. I've won one & lost 1 (badly) so we'll see how I do this time. Playing to win $50K for @trevorproject," Cooper wrote.
