Brelon Small, Cross-Dressing Fugitive, Wanted By Polk County Sheriff (PHOTOS)

Police are looking for Brelon Small, a sex offender with multiple aliases and known for dress as a woman, for failing to register with authorities in Florida's Polk County.

Police are looking for a sex offender known for using multiple aliases who has been arrested numerous times while dressed in woman's clothing.

Brelon Small is wanted in Florida's Polk County for failing to register as a sex offender, according to the sheriff's department.

Sheriff's department officials distributed photos of Small, 34, plucked from his extensive arrest history. The booking photos show him occasionally dressed as a man, but more often decked out as a lady, wearing a wig, eyeliner, lipstick and jewelry.

"He is described as a black male or female," the wanted poster for Small says. He is 5-foot, 8-inches tall and weighs 175 pounds, police said.

Aliases for Small include Bieosha Small, Lashay Small, Bonnie O’Neal, Andrew Washington and Andrea Washington.

His rap sheet includes charges of prostitution, robbery, selling cocaine, resisting arrest and theft.

Small's sex offender status stems from a 2006 conviction for lewd and lascivious acts with a child. Following that conviction, he's required to notify the Florida Department of Motor Vehicles any time he moves to a new home. But, according to the Polk County Sheriff's office, he left his Davenport residence several weeks ago without telling authorities where to find him.

I am so sick of seeing" Lewd and Lacivious" behavior as the booking charge for these sex offenders. WHAT, was the behavior? did he pee in public, near a minor? Od, did he hold down a young child while trying to force his genitals in his face? we have got to STOP having such a broad label on what could be either a horrific event or just a "big deal" matter. No politician has the guts to take on this fight, but we really need to start differentiating the dumb asses from the true predators!
