Joe Arpaio Plans To Release New Findings In Obama Birth Certificate Investigation

Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio plans to release new findings in his ongoing investigation of President Obama's birth certificate, which he believes is a forgery.

In an interview with birther-friendly website World Net Daily, the self-proclaimed "toughest sheriff" in America said he would soon hold a press conference to reveal new evidence that he believes will prove that Obama's birth certificate and Selective Service documenation are fabrications.

Arpaio, who is currently the subject of a Department of Justice probe investigating charges of racial profiling against Hispanics within his office, told the website that he has no intention of leaving his post, even as he faces a federal trial.

“I have no intention of resigning,” Arpaio said. “They forget I have a four decades-long career in federal law enforcement."

The controversial sheriff held a press conference last month to unveil his probe's initial findings. During that conference, he said there was probable cause to believe Obama's identification documents were forged, although he did not pin the blame on Obama directly.

"We don't know who the perpetrators are of these documents," he said.

The fact that Winston Court does a really poor job of making that argument is exposed every time he makes it outside an echo chamber.
The State of Hawaii and the Selective Service System have no problems the authenticity of President Obama's documentation.
What records has President Obama sealed beyond what has become standard practice for serving Presidents? More to the point, what records has President Obama sealed which would be relevant to his eligibility?
What other President or candidate has publicly displayed his birth certificate; and then went to the trouble of displaying the original to the public?

Facts: Arpaio was never a “special agent for the FBI” although he was a special agent for the Federal Bureau of Narcotics.

Arpaio writes in his 2008 book Joe’s Law (p 132): Since I was a boy, I had longed to join the FBI and be a real G-man.

The baggers forged a certificate "proving" Obama was born in the Republic of Kenya. They posted it all over the Internet. Only problem was, Kenya wasn't a republic until two years after Obama was born. The year Obama was born it was still a British protectorate. The "certificate" was exposed as a fraud within five minutes after it was posted.

Moral: baggers and brains don't mix.

I just found a Notifications page in my history to go to. You should be able to substitute the word "notifications" for "comments" in the address bar on your "Comments" page and get there. It's pretty messed up, though.

Arpaio has been meeting Jerome Corsi (has writen a book on the subject,of course) who's been holding Tea pary meetings and using Adobe Illustrator to prove the documents are forgeries. He plays with layers to show the forgeries.
The sofware company says you cannot prove a forgery this way and what Corci ends up with proves that the dociments aren't forgeries.
Corci uses copies of the documents which can be easily doctored.

No, he initially provided great detail into the BC, they even have a prime suspect into who the forger is, the selective service card is messed up too, go over the exact evidence before you respond with the pre conditioned response...Arpaio has been in law enforcement for four decades, he uses facts to solve crimes, he has no time for conspiracy theories, he is just a no nonsense kid of guy looking into the evidence.

I beg your pardon, but Mike Zullo doesn't even agree with you. He's admitted that there is no "prime suspect into who the forger is"; and no one associated with the Cold Case Posse was ever even in the same room as the President's birth certificate, or in contact with the authorities of the State of Hawaii who possess the ultimate record of the President's birth.
The Selective Service System says there is no irregularity with the President's Selective Service registration. The Cold Case Posse didn't have a certified copy of the Registration to examine, had no access to the original, and had no qualified examiner to perform an examination.
Arpaio's reputation as a law enforcement professional largely depends on Arpaio's own accounts.
Arpaio has done nothing in this "investigation" but add more rumor and innuendo to existing conspiracy theories.
The "investigation" was carefully tailored to produce no admissible evidence. Arpaio, Jerome Corsi and Joseph Farah had no interest in producing evidence. All they wanted to do was produce a smear campaign, make money and make political points. Have you sent in your contribution yet?

That has been explained. Joe discovered that scores of parents had babies overseas the year in question, but they were able to have the births announced in Hawaiian newspapers, to make it look as though the birth happened stateside, for obvious reasons. parents were highly motivated to conceal a foreign birthplace, as you know why, so the Obama's would be no different, they wanted the best for their child like any other parent...
