'Pregnant Man' Thomas Beatie Divorce: Claims Wife Punched Him In The Crotch

Thomas Beatie, the transgender man known as the "pregnant man", has filed to divorce his wife Nancy Beatie, claiming that she physically attacked him on multiple occasions.

In divorce docs obtained by TMZ Thursday, Beatie details several instances of abuse, including a February 2012 incident where Nancy -- his wife of nine years -- allegedly struck him in the genitals.

Beatie says the blow came after he attempted to stop a "visibly intoxicated" Nancy from driving their three children to daycare. The 38-year-old says he called 911 claiming, "She hit me in the crotch."

Nancy has responded to the claims with court docs of her own, denying Beatie's allegations and claiming it was her husband who emotionally and physically abused her.

Beatie, who made headlines in 2008 when he became the world's first known man to give birth, has three children with his wife -- Susan, Austin and Jensen.

News of the couple's split came to light last week, when Beatie made an announcement during a taping of a soon-to-air episode of "The Doctors."

"Like all marriages, we have our ups and downs, and we’re going through a rough patch right now. At the moment, we’re separated," Beatie said. According to People, he also revealed he had undergone the last of his female-to-male sex reassignment surgeries, though he admitted ""Nancy hasn’t seen the new me yet."

This person is not the 'world's first pregnant man' as she was born without a 'Y' chromosome. Hence, female, no matter that a doctor has surgically attached a permanent man halloween costume. She might look like a man but is just another pregnant woman. Who cares? I mean really, is this news? Radio waves discovered eminating from the Andromeda Galaxy, that's news. Barack Obama wins second term, that's news. Confused woman surgically alters herself to look like a man and gets pregnant? Come on.

As we have treagically seen as their relationship has collapsed weith both parents showing little love for their children and filming each others to bait each other.

Gay people cannot be happy. Being gay is the result of phsycological abuse from parents towards children, it is not natural and no one is born gay.

The children I hope will come through such poor parents with some chance at life, I can only pray for them.

3% of society is gay, 70% of sadists, paedophiles, are gay.

Being gay is a choice made on the back of abuse from parents, praying to God can help reverse the abuse and give people a chance at finding real love between and adult male and female.

I support gay marriage, it is up to adults to choose who they married, if both are adults.

I'll never understand why this is in the news. A person born with a uterus having a baby is not interesting regardless of gender they feel they are. Now if it was a man who had a uterus transplanted into his body and managed to have a baby that would be interesting.
