Style Swap: Our Two Editors Switch Their '60s Ladylike And Casual Tomboy Looks (PHOTOS)

PHOTOS: These Two Editors Switch '60s Ladylike For Casual Tomboy

In this Stylelist column, we're swapping styles to see what happens -- and what we learn -- when we step out of our comfort zone and into someone else's clothes.

This week our style guinea pigs were Stylelist Senior Editor Brie Dyas and Associate Editor Sarah St. Lifer. Brie's style is easily described as 1960s ladylike. She channels beloved "Mad Men" secretary Joan Holloway on a daily basis, and with good reason. Her uniform of tailored sheath dresses fit her like a glove and show off her curves, and the bold color palette makes her a style standout in our office.

At the other end of the style spectrum is Sarah. The L.A. resident works New York hours, so she is often up much earlier than she would prefer. As a result her look is much more casual: think jeans and t-shirts. She favors clothes that don't take too much thought early in the morning.

The two switched styles and caused quite a stir -- have a look at the transformation.
