9th Annual Madonnathon

Start the weekend off by dancing to every Madonna hit known to man at Brooklyn Bowl's 9th Annual Madonnathon. Live performances from a string of musicians all accompanied by The Material Boys will also be at hand for the epic dance party.

Hester Street Fair
Where: Corner of Hester and Essex Streets

The Hester Street Fair returns with a full lineup of vendors selling everything from original art, crafts, to unique jewelry. Stroll through the fair nibbling on delectables from Luke's Lobster, La Sonrisa, We Rub You, Pies ‘n’ Thighs, and many more.

Large-Scale Cindy Sherman Opening Reception

Skip the weekend crowds at the Museum of Modern Art and head to Chelsea for Cindy Sherman's opening reception at Metro Pictures, where she'll be showcasing new, large-scale works exhibiting beautiful "outsized enigmatic female figures standing in striking isolation before ominous landscapes."

Brooklyn Wort

Public Assembly opens its doors to 25 varieties of Brooklyn's very best homebrews. A ticket will also get you a plate of delicious barbecue from Brooklyn pop-up restaurant, Fat Beagle.

Dekalb Market: Twilight Hours

Every last Saturday of the month, Dekalb Market gets rowdy with a party adding "carnivalesque performances" to the open-air market. This Saturday, SPANK ROCK with special guests Hussle Club, a photobooth, complimentary disco nails, and much more will be available for guests.

New Amsterdam Bike Show

Cycling fanatics gather in Soho for a two-day festival showcasing the best in roadbikes, a bicycle "fashion show," guest speakers, and much more. While there, enjoy the festival's beer garden provided by Grolsch Lager.

Museum of Comic and Cartoon Festival
