Michelle Obama White House Correspondents' Dinner 2012: Pretty In A Printed Dress! (PHOTOS)

First Lady Michelle Obama nailed the so-hot prints trend at Saturday night's White House Correspondents' Dinner.

FLOTUS shone in a Naeem Khan multi-colored strapless print dress accessorized with gold earrings by Carla Amorim and a simple wavy hairdo. She also wore a chunky Sara Weinstock cocktail ring on her left hand.

At 2011's White House Correspondents' Dinner, the first lady donned a mauve-colored sleeveless dress, and we gotta say: this printed strapless number is a definite step up in the trend department.

Prabal Gurung would be so proud.

There are some women who would love, more than anything, to be in the position Michelle is in so they could dress up, be photographed and critiqued. I have always kind of felt that Michelle is not that type of woman. She is more of a Much Ado about Nothing, in her attitude towards what people say about what she wears. I like that about her.

I love, love, love the FLOTUS . . . . but I don't like the majority of her clothes and some of her hairstyles.I am not feeling her gown at all! One hairstyle that she wears, I have never seen anyone wear that style. It is not becoming on her. I don't see too many people dressing like her or wearing her hairstyles . . . . except her bob hairstyle. I love her hair at the WHCD!!! She looks absolutely beautiful! She looks the best when she wears her bob. Just my humble opinion and as I said I truly love and adore the FLOTUS! She is a very strong, intelligent and beautiful sistah that I admire so much! ♥

The way the light moved over the fabric on video is really nice, it makes the fabric look so soft and delicate. That doesn't come across in the stills.
