Allen West's preposterous claims and outlandish assertions are a means to get coverage....that's all. They certainly do not represent the truth, and are an indication of his juvenile tendency to want attention and to be bigger and more important than he is. At best, he has become the Flava Flav of the Tea Party, known more for his antics and ridiculous behavior, than any real substantive philosophy.
