Cristal Richardson Accused Of Murdering And Castrating Cedric Owens In Dallas

A Dallas woman is accused of stabbing a man to death and castrating him in a motel room on Saturday, KWTX reported.

A motel employee heard an early morning ruckus on the third floor and called police. Before cops arrived, Cristal Paulette Richardson, 28, allegedly burst naked from the room and was covered in blood, according to the Dallas Morning News

Police found Cedric Lamont Owen, 34, inside the room. His chest had been stabbed repeatedly, his throat was slit and his genitals were severed, according to police sources cited in media reports.

Doctors treated Richardson for cuts to her hands and fingers, CBS reported.

A knife was allegedly found in the room after cops obtained a search warrant.

Richardson has multiple previous arrests, according to the county jail's website. Her rap sheet includes driving under the influence, marijuana possession and child abuse.

Owens was no stranger to trouble with the law either. He had convictions for drug possession and domestic violence, according to the Dallas Morning News.

A judge set Richardson's bond at $200,000. Police have not identified a motive in the alleged murder.

Puts me in mind of the cackling jackels on "The View" recently, with the chief vulture, Behar, joking endlessly about a man having his penis cut off and thrown into a disposal by a woman. The audience of women, likewise, laughed at her sick jokes. As usual, a woman can do anythng at all to a man and it's fine. If a man had said the same sort of things about the sexual mutilation of a woman, Behar would be first in line calling for his ouster from the airwaves. When one of the more rational cast members suggested Behar was going too far, she was dismissed, saying it was completely different if a man did it to a woman. I have yet to see anyone call for her head for her calous remarks.

She's covered in blood, the article didn't specify if her injuries were consistent with defensive wounds, and there is a body right there. I don't really see how she could have been innocent...

that is one sick and dangerous woman who needs to be locked up for a long time. She is heavily into abusing others and now she has taken it to the extreme. now the law needs to give her the extreme with life without parole or the lethal injection.

I wonder what would happen if a guy stabbed a woman in a hotel room and cut up her genitals. I just wonder how funny that would actually be to some here. I wonder how many would say, "Geez, I wonder what she did to deserve that?" or "I bet she really pissed him off somehow."

Wouldn't we be more likely to discuss what a monster he was? Seriously, wouldn't we? A woman scorned? Great justification... She is a murderer and mutilated another human beings body. How can anyone find a happy place with someone like that.

Since you asked the question...first, men engage in rape, rape/murder, rape/mutilation, and rape/mutilation/murder at such a rate that it's not worth trying to compare to women. Men do it so much that many of their victims are just forgotten. Anthony Sowell killed at least 11 women in Cleveland, and even when he was in custody awaiting trial, another woman was raped and a police department just didn't bother to process her rape kit. Oh well. It happens all the time. It especially happens all the time to women who "don't matter"--women who may be prostitutes, or may be addicts, but who are not members of the Junior League. Those women are disregarded by the system every day.

And men are victims of that violent crime at a rate of 5-1 over women. But that does not make me any less angry when a woman is a victim.

I agree with your responds, while reading his I was floored that he even took that position...I watch Investigation ID everyday and there are countless men who rape/mutilate/kill on a regular basis...like you said she'll have her day...but immediately I thought that she may have been retaliating to an attack bestowed upon her...but who knows!
