Is Michigan's Business Climate Really That Bad? The Nation's CEOs Think So

Michigan ranked as the fifth worst business climate in an annual Chief Executive magazine survey of CEOs.

The magazine surveyed 650 CEOs nationwide to evaluate states based on taxation and regulations, workforce quality, educational resources, infrastructure and living environment. The survey was conducted from Jan. 24 to Feb. 26.
