Kim Kardashian Impressed By Rick Santorum And His Daughters

Reality television star Kim Kardashian said she's impressed with former GOP hopeful Rick Santorum and his daughters.

Kim Kardashian -- who is thinking of getting into politics -- has high praise for former GOP presidential hopeful Rick Santorum.

Kardashian told the New York Daily News she is impressed by "Rick Santoro [sic] and his daughters," apparently referring to the former Pennsylvania senator.

"I like the family connection," Kardashian said ahead of the 2012 White House Correspondents' Dinner on Saturday.

Kardashian and Santorum both attended the celebrity-packed event, which was hosted by Jimmy Kimmel and included remarks by President Barack Obama. Santorum made headlines at the dinner when he met with Lindsay Lohan and reportedly asked to take her photo.

On the red carpet at the WHCD, Kardashian teased her fans should "stay tuned" to find out more about her political aspirations.

"Stay tuned," Kardashian said of a potential mayoral run. "I always set my goals really high."

Well, now THERE'S a hotly sought after endorsement! Doesn't that say all that needs to be said about Santorum? I can hardly wait to see her own political platform. She probably thinks it refers to the type of shoes somelne wears.

I find this ironic strangely not the least bit surprising. Santorum and Kim Kardashian have absolutely no shared values. Much as I disagree with Santorum I will give him credit for living the values he preaches. Katdashian however, doesn't seem to have many values but will certainly hang on to anyone who might bring her a bit more attention and publicity. Just her shame marriage and porno tape wouldn't have made her endorsement worth much more than a hearty laugh.

That makes perfect sense that she would like Santorum. I'm sure all of his supporters are just as intelligent as she is. Where was she during the campaign? Her clout could have done it for him.

Her actions fly in the face of everything he ran on but now knowing her political leanings that makes sense - for GO_P all you have to do is say whatever it is; you don't actually have to live it. Her past speaks to that.
