When "Pretty Little Liars" Season 3 premieres on Tues., June 5, 8 p.m. ET on ABC Family, the show picks up long after the big "A" reveal that ended Season 2.
According to ABC Family, the new season kicks off a summer after Aria, Emily, Hanna and Spencer found out about Mona being "A" and Maya's death. Rosewood is slowly getting back to normal, but with "Pretty Little Liars," you know it's not that simple.
Each of the girls spent the summer doing different things: Aria took a photography class; Spencer enrolled in college courses at Hollis; Hanna took cooking classes with Caleb; and Emily built houses in Haiti. But after the twists and turns of Season 2, the "Pretty Little Liars" are still struggling to get over what happened. "With post-traumatic stress, anger and the acquisition of more secrets the four Liars are anything but fine," ABC Family said in a statement. "Now all back together and coming upon the second anniversary of Alison’s disappearance, the girls find themselves back on the defensive when a shocking event rocks Rosewood."
