Jessica Sanchez Delivers Two Stunning Performances On 'American Idol' (VIDEO)

WATCH: Jessica Sanchez Channels Tina Turner

A couple of weeks ago on 'American Idol,' the judges used their one save of the season on 16-year-old Jessica Sanchez.

After Jessica's show-stopping performance on last night's show, it's clear that they made 100% the right decision!

It was '60s week and Brit pop week last night on Idol and the half-Mexican, half-Filipino contestant took on two songs - Joe Cocker's "You Are So Beautiful" and Tina Turner's "Proud Mary." The judges loved the way Jessica attacked both songs.

"You're gonna be number one girl," Steven Tyler said when Jessica finished singing "You Are So Beautiful." Judge Jennifer Lopez also loved the performance: "How could we have let this girl go home? Come on!" she said. And, Randy Jackson said Jessica is the one to beat in the competition. "This girl is in the top of the leader board right now, dude!" he said.

But as great as her performance was on the Joe Cocker song, it was Jessica's first performance - when she sang Tina Turner's "Proud Mary" - that really brought the house down last night. The singer, who is usually very reserved during her performances, worked the stage like a pro - and earned raves from the judges. "You were a litle bit of Tina, a little bit of Beyonce, little bit of I-don't-know-what up there!" Jennifer Lopez said. Steven Tyler agreed with Lopez: "The only thing that gives experience a run for its money is a 16-year-old," he said.

Only Randy Jackson had mixed feelings about the performance, saying: "Well, I was in a little bit of a different place. This performance was barely OK," he said, as he got boos from the audience. "You took on probably the biggest dragon of the night. The performance was OK, but I don't know, it didn't really quite sit with me."

But Lopez was quick to come to Jessica's defense. "She did a great job," she said, adding, "Whatever."

We agree with La Lopez. Just go ahead and crown Jessica the next American Idol already!
