Come Monday evening, some of the most celebrated chefs from all different regions in the country will be in town for the 2012 James Beard Awards at Lincoln Center.
While every other regional category was jam-packed with a litany of states, New York City received its very own category which, in our humble opinion, settles the argument that New York really is the best city for restaurants in the country.
Of our New York city-based chefs, who will take the crown as the city's best in 2012? Will it be pig-master April Bloomfield? The 4-star reviewed Del Posto accomplishments of Mark Ladner? We'll have a full report tomorrow but weigh in below!
