Jimmy Fallon's Late Night Hashtags: 'That's My Mom' (VIDEO)

In honor of Mother's Day, Jimmy Fallon started one of his famous Late Night Hashtags for the holiday: #ThatsMyMom. He kicked things off by sharing a story of a time his mom poured a bowl of Raisin Bran over his head and asked the rest of Twitter to follow suit.

The hashtag was a worldwide trending topic in under ten minutes.
