'Hot In Cleveland': 'Storage Wars' Stars Dan And Laura Dotson Run A Storage Auction (VIDEO)

'Storage Wars' Stars Guest On 'Hot In Cleveland'

It was "Storage Wars" meets "Hot in Cleveland" (Wed., 10 p.m. ET on TV Land) as Dan and Laura Dotson played themselves on the popular comedy. In the episode, the couple sold a storage unit to Victoria Chase, who was desperate to find something major to distract the media.

That embarrassing Japanese commercial for what are essentially adult diaper-pants made it state-side, and suddenly it's all anyone is talking about. While a painting they had hopes for proved to be a fake, they found a letter attacked to it that may well have been written by Abraham Lincoln. Even more salacious, it indicated that he'd had an affair with an intern -- decades before it became a political "tradition."

A crisis of conscience forced Victoria to keep Lincoln's secret in the end. She didn't want his legacy to be tarnished by something negative the way her own was at that moment. At least she got another movie deal out of that one -- based on the "fictional" account of Lincoln's infidelity -- at least until they see her in the role of that young intern.
