Obama, Bill Clinton Fundraiser Planned For June 4 In New York

Clinton To Appear With Obama At June Fundraiser

Former President Bill Clinton will join President Barack Obama at a June 4 fundraiser in New York City, according to an email the Obama campaign sent Monday to supporters.

The campaign is raffling off the opportunity for two grassroots supporters, and their guests, to attend what is likely a high-dollar fundraiser.

"Imagine how great it would be to be a fly on the wall when Presidents Obama and Clinton get together," the email reads. "Now imagine getting to be part of the conversation."

The June 4 event will mark the second time that Obama and Clinton have appeared together at a fundraiser during this campaign cycle. Clinton previously appeared with Obama at private event on April 29 at the Virginia home of former DNC Chair Terry McAuliffe, who chaired Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's 2008 presidential campaign.

UPDATE: 2:00 p.m. -- The Obama campaign has announced that Obama and Clinton will hold at least two fundraisers that day, one at the Waldorf Astoria and one at the New Amsterdam Theater.
