One of the most talked-about moments at Sunday night's Billboard Music Awards was Usher's "Scream" performance, in which the artist, sporting a tux and top hat, danced with a doppelganger who mirrored his moves.
But before Usher met his match, he appeared with a female dance partner, decked out in a red hooded costume. The elaborate outfit reminded us a little of Nicki Minaj's dramatic crimson Versace cloak at the Grammy Awards in February ... and, of course, of all the other celebs who've worn ensembles reminiscent of Little Red Riding Hood.
