Move over, Robert Pattinson. Although everyone seems to want a slice of RPatz these days -- Bella Swan, screaming teenage girls, and Hollywood insiders included -- rumors that the "Twilight" heartthrob might play Finnick in the "Hunger Games" sequel, "Catching Fire," have been debunked. A source recently told E! Online that Lionsgate Films is primarily considering Armie Hammer, Taylor Kitsch and Garret Hedlund for the role of District 4 victor Finnick Odair. This means rumored fan-favorite contenders Jesse Williams and Chris Zylka might be out of the running -- but they're still on our list of top picks for the part!
It may not be a fight to the death, but the competition for "Catching Fire" casting is still looking pretty cut-throat. Which actor do you envision as Finnick? Check out our slideshow to see photos of the contenders (below) and then cast your vote in our poll!
Up-and-coming young actor Armie Hammer got his break playing the Winklevoss twins in "The Social Network" and is currently filming "The Lone Ranger" opposite Johnny Depp. He's also <a href="http://www.mtv.com/news/articles/1686089/catching-fire-finnick-casting-rumors.jhtml" target="_hplink">linked to three other films</a> with 2013-2014 release dates. Due to his tight filming schedule, he <a href="http://crushable.com/entertainment/who-should-play-finnick-odair-casting-catching-fire-712/" target="_hplink">may not even have time for "Catching Fire,"</a> which begins production this summer.

Armie's opponent, Garret Hedlund, previously seen in "Tron: Legacy," recently premiered his new film, "On The Road," with Kristen Stewart and Kirsten Dunst at the Cannes Film Festival.
Contender number three, Taylor Kitsch, recently appeared in "John Carter" and "Battleship," both of which <a href="http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/movies/2012/05/how-did-battleship-escape-the-john-carter-flop-furor-.html" target="_hplink">flopped at the box office</a>. But his years of experience on "Friday Night Lights" might make him the perfect match for Finnick. Could "Catching Fire" be the blockbuster boost his career needs?
Previously, <em>Grey's Anatomy'</em>s Jesse Williams was the fan favorite for Finnick. "I didn't know what the heck a Finnick was when I was getting a lot of the questions about it," <a href="mailto:http://www.eonline.com/news/the_awful_truth/catching_fire_casting_scoop_fan_fave/313327" target="_hplink">he told E! Online</a>. Did Williams' lack of Panem fever dampen Lionsgate's enthusiasm for him?
If there's one actor that's bubbling over with enthusiasm for the role, it's Chris Zylka. The <em>Secret Circle</em> star <a href="http://www.hypable.com/2012/04/27/the-secret-circles-chris-zylka-wants-a-chance-to-play-finnick-odair-in-catching-fire/" target="_hplink">tweeted</a>, "Okay, finally on the second <em>Hunger Games</em> book, and yes!! I need to play Finnick Odair." Zylka hasn't his big blockbuster break yet - could this be his chance?
