Amanda Bynes is facing an upcoming court date stemming from her April DUI arrest, but the actress denied new reports of another run-in with the law.
Bynes was arrested for a DUI after she reportedly sideswiped a cop car in West Hollywood on April 6. According to RadarOnline, Bynes refused to take a breathalyzer or blood test, which is required by California law when arrested for a DUI.
However, her trouble didn't stop there -- or so someone claims. The actress was accused of another hit-and-run taking place on April 10, and the actress took to Twitter to refute the accusations.
According to TMZ, the victim identified Bynes as the driver of an Enterprise rental car that rear-ended her car and drove away on the 101 Freeway just four days after her DUI arrest. California Highway Patrol was involved, but the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office rejected the case due to lack of witnesses.
Bynes' DUI court date is set for June 6.
