Best Parenting Tweets: What Moms And Dads Said On Twitter This Week

Dispatches From The Front Lines Of Parenting

Bedtime: this lovely word used to mean "rest" and "dreams," but once you have kids, it's a looming threat. Naturally, many tired and frustrated parents air their woes about kids who won't just Go To Sleep online.

For some moms and dads, attempting to tire toddlers out before bed fails miserably. For others, getting kids to sleep just feels like it takes days.

It's not only babies and toddlers who have sleep issues. Tracey from PBS Parents tells Twitter that her daughter dismissed sleep advice from mom -- only to accept the same tip gladly from a friend. And this mother will likely be avoiding her child's room altogether for a little while, after finding a pretty disgusting surprise behind the bed.

Of course, parents tweet about lots of other things too -- superhero shower products, for example -- and this week's roundup has something for everyone. For last week's best tweets, an irresistable collection of witty kid quips, click here.
