Having already been the subject of an infamous website featuring photos of lesbian women who are said to look like him, Justin Bieber is no stranger to gay association.
Now, however, one of his latest hit songs is getting a spoof lesbian makeover. "If I Was Your Gayfriend" re-works the young Bieb's smash "Boyfriend" with gay-referencing lyrics.
Starring Chicago-based recording artist Sami Grisafe, whose new album "Atlantis" was also released last week, the video puts a same-sex twist on Bieber's catchy pop rhymes: "We could hold hands and protest Prop 8/I'm not a straight girl, but I know about shoes."
The hilarious lyrics continue: "If I was your gay friend, I'd never borrow clothes/Tell you when you look hot/I'm gay, so I would know."
No word on what the pop star thinks of the parody himself -- but given his good-natured embrace of "Lesbians Who Look Like Justin Bieber," we're certain he'd take it in stride.
