Johnny Depp took to the stage at the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday night, performing two songs with The Black Keys.
After being introduced by Steven Tyler and Joe Perry of Aerosmith and accepting the MTV Generation Award, Depp strummed away on his guitar. He looked every bit the able rocker on the small stage in the middle of the excited crowd. The actor and band performed "Gold on the Ceiling" and "Lonely Boy," off The Black Keys' El Camino.
It's not the first time Depp has shared the stage with famous musicians. He joined good friend Marilyn Manson at the Revolver Golden Gods Awards in April of this year, riffing his way through "Beautiful People" and "Sweet Dreams."
Watch the performances below, followed by a gallery of photos from this year's MTV Movie Awards broadcast. The show was hosted by Russell Brand and included other performances and exclusive footage from "Dark Knight Rises."
