The next big movie to hit the Miami indie cinema circuit is the French film "Polisse," France's answer to American television favorite "Law & Order: SVU."

In the film, close knit members working in Paris's Child Protection Unit encounter daily horrors against children while dealing with personal issues and battling the department's bureaucracy.

Other movies this week include the humorous "Peace, Love & Misunderstanding" starring Jane Fonda; "Bill W," an homage to the founder of Alcoholics Anonymous; and the Israeli flick "Footnote."
