A former top terrorism official at the CIA has warned that President Barack Obama's controversial drone program is far too indiscriminate in hitting targets and could lead to such political instability that it creates terrorist safe havens.

You've got liberals all wrong. We love killing terrorists,in fact, we do a better job of killing the enemy than the Republicans. We just have issues with presidents that waste trillions of dollars in debt to the Chinese,4500 dead Americans and tens of thousands of disabled Americans attacking the wrong country over daddy issues. What we like about Obama is that he concentrates on killing the enemy and that he's not afraid of Pakistan and he doesn't use the military might of the united states for personal grudges.

We have far too much to lose which is why we spend billions in research on a more sanitized way to kill when a simple serrated blade across the throat will suffice and create a far more lasting impression because we will have seen the whites of their eyes.

On the surface, the drone program is an excellent use of resources. It costs a fraction of what ground troops would, as well as their support structure. It's a fraction of what it would cost a delivered missle from an F/A-18 from a lumbering aircraft carrier off-shore would cost. In that respect it's a great program.

However, what the drone program shares in common with convential ground war in the middle east is that they both create more enemies than they kill.

Keep bombing Pakistan. Eventually the problem with the country hosting terrorists will be resolved. If it means taking out the entire population of a rogue nation, so be it. Pakistan wants to be the friend of the USA for aid money and a haven for terrorists for terror money. They can't have it both ways. So have another drone!

There's good money in systematized ki//ing. That's why our "defense" budget is as big as that of the rest of the world. Our "defense" budget is also the most massive transfer of wealth from the middle class to the upper class in the history of the world. great article..finally somebody with a conscious. its all according to plan, keep the enemy pissed off...perpetuate the defense spending, amplify the fear, test experimental weaponry, send a message to our 'enemies'....had enough? i have. we don't want to eliminate terrorists any more than we want to discover alternative fuels. there's too much $$$ at stake.
