The Cinema Society celebrated the screening of Fox Searchlight Pictures' Lola Versus with a celebration at The Top of the Standard on Tuesday, where the film's golden girl Greta Gerwig partied with Saturday Night Live star Abby Elliot, Olivia Munn, and Parker Posey.
HuffPost recently sat down with Gerwig who dismissed the label of a romantic comedy when describing the film. "You know post-apocalyptic movies? This is a post rom-com. It's after the romance. It does start at the end of it."
