Juarez House Fire: American Red Cross Helps Kentucky Family Of 12 Who Lost Everything In Fire

Kentucky Family Of 12 Who Lost Everything In House Fire Gets Help

A Kentucky family of 12 is reeling from having lost everything -- including critical medical equipment -- in a devastating house fire, but is thankful for a fund that has been set up to support them.

The Juarez family returned Wednesday to a home up in flames, a tragedy that has destroyed everything they own, WLEX-18 reports. While the clan is struggling to figure out how they will replace such necessary items as clothes and furniture, they are particularly concerned with how they will afford to buy new medical equipment on which two of the children with cystic fibrosis rely.

"It's my babies, I don't know what to do," Marsha Juarez, the mother of nine, told the news outlet. "The twins, they have cystic fibrosis, their machines are in there, everything is in there and it's gone."

The American Red Cross paid for the family to stay in a motel for a few days and fund has been set up for the family at PNC bank.

To help the Juarezes begin to rebuild their lives, visit any PNC Bank branch and donate to the "Juarez Fire Relief Fund."
