WATCH: Chris Rock Talks Race, Mormonism & Bath Salts

Chris Rock stopped by "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" Thursday to promote his new film, "Madagascar 3," but ended up talking about much more than lions and zebras.

Once the comedian got his intro song figured out with house band The Roots, he sat down in the velvet chair and talked about everything from bath salts to Mormonism's racial history.

And in terms of President Obama, Rock thinks more people should appreciate the changes he's made:

The thing about Obama you gotta realize, man, [is that] first of all, the economy's getting better every month. For like, almost two years. And everybody's complaining, 'It's not going fast enough.' It's like complaining that your team keeps winning by one. 'How we keep winning by one? We should score more.' Nah, nah. We're winning, man. That's good.
