Euro Lego Highlights: Greatest Moments In European Championship Recreated (VIDEO)

WATCH: Greatest Euro Moments With LEGO

The Euro may not have the cachet of the World Cup, but that doesn't mean that it hasn't produced some mesmerizing moments over the years. Held every four years since 1960, the European Football Championship has featured some of the most talented players (of course, none named Leo Messi) and fearsome rivalries in the history of the beautiful game. From Fernando Torres' winner for Spain in 2008 all the back through the decisive strike in extra time by Viktor Ponedelnik to seal the title for the Soviet Union in 1960, there has been no shortage of classic moments.

And, finally, several of them have been reenacted using LEGO toys. Although these flashblocks only go back as far as 1984, there is something here for everyone to love. Actually, Cristiano Ronaldo might not find much to like...

Thanks to some stop-motion filmmaking -- and presumably a lot of time -- the iconic building blocks have been brilliantly deployed to play out historic moments along with the original play-by-play calls.

What plays from Euro 2012 will be added to this video? Will it be another England moment as the clip speculates?
