Miami Indie Cinema Roundup: Arthouse Films June 11 To 17 (VIDEO)

Electric Sex, Drugs And Rock 'N Roll

It's all rock 'n roll this week at O Cinema, where three documentaries chronicle various eras of music.

There's the Beatles' iconic "Yellow Submarine," Miami's almost forgotten punk scene in "Invisible Bands," and Hole drummer Patty Schemel's "Hit So Hard" look at the '90s grunge scene, including the last videos of Kurt Cobain.

Meanwhile, the Miami Beach Cinematheque screens the documentary "Lost Bohemia" about the community of performers who live above Carnegie Hall. After serving as an artist village for more than 100 years, their homes come under threat when the city serves them eviction notices.

For the romantics, catch the French "Goodbye First Love" or the Chilean "The Dancer and the Thief."
