Well, I will admit I get a bit more squeamish thinking about the Noomi Rapace scene over the John Hurt scene. Gore doesn't bother me, but there's something icky about the clean line a razor or a scalpel makes. eeekk! But it certainly didn't make me faint or have a seizure. I'm thinkin' this is either being greatly exaggerated or it's for PR.

I remember the grown man sitting next to me in the theater squirming in his chair during that scene. It was a good scene; although not quite a classic like the spaghetti dinner scene from Alien as I'm sure Ridley had hoped. It wasn't as relevant to the story either.
