While Vulture declared the show "so off the rails that being off the rails became the point," fans can't get enough of the blood-soaked vampire and werewolf drama.

The Sunday night premiere broke social media records, according to Mashable. The "True Blood" premiere racked in 234,374 tweets and 7,446 Facebook comments, making it the most discussed premium cable premiere in history.
