The emotional Season 4 premiere of "Teen Mom" (Tue., 10 p.m. ET on MTV) saw Amber Portwood dealing with the aftermath of her suicide attempt.
After entering rehab, Amber discussed her issues with a spiritual therapist. "I feel like a piece-of-sh*t mom," Amber said. "All I could think of was Leah, but I just wanted to go."
To which the therapist replied, "You know what? If you really wanted to go, you would’ve been gone."
Season 4 of "Teen Mom" will reportedly be Amber's last with the show. Stay tuned Tuesday nights at 10 p.m. ET on MTV to see if she gets the help she needs to deal with her problems.
